Introduction :: Previous skating experience is a must. You will gain knowledge of your edges, pushes, balance, and pressure. This class is designed to enhance your skating speed and technique for all types of skating. Come prepared wearing warm-up pants, long-sleeved shirt, and speed skates (hockey skates ok). Program developed and instructed by 1998 and 2002 Olympic speed skater Jondon Trevena.
